In a free and graphic figurative style with a naive look, the artist offers us an illustration of the city of Porto. In the typical Ribeira district on the banks of the river, the most representative elements of the city intertwine and come to life in a moving decor. We find there the architecture of the narrow houses, the metal Bridge "Dom Luis" designed by Eiffel and the typical old boats "Rabelos" transporting wine across the Douro River. To immerse us in the atmosphere of the popular Saint John festival that locals and tourists particularly like, the artist has concealed a bottle of Porto, a guitar and a few sardines.
